On March 21-22, an international conference "Emerging Trends in Applied and Computational Physics 2019", organized with the support of the IPNT, was held at Polytech.
Two days were filled with reports from scientists from various fields of physics and materials science. There were two sections: the first day was devoted to the creation of new materials and nanotechnologies (Advanced Materials and Nanostructures). On the second day, more attention was paid to data processing, telecommunication technologies and theoretical physics (Nanoelectronics, Telecommunications & Applied Mathematics and Computational Physics).
Many interesting discussions took place in the framework of the coffee breaks and the poster section, where young scientists presented more than 40 papers. In total, over 110 participants gathered at the conference: speakers and listeners from different cities and countries, including Germany, France, and the UK.
Photos from the event can be viewed in the conference album.
