Scientific laboratory «The self-organized high-temperature nanostructures»
Description
The self-organized high-temperature nanostructures laboratory is an innovative engineering center that develops new materials, a modern component base, as well as integrated engineering solutions for the latest generation of electronics. On the basis of the laboratory, work is being carried out in the framework of a large direction: "Functional nanostructured materials for electronics of the latest generation." All studies are related to the Strategy of the Scientific and Technical Development of the Russian Federation N1 "Transition to advanced digital, intelligent production technologies, robotic systems, new materials and design methods, the creation of systems for processing large amounts of data, machine learning and artificial intelligence."
